1. Acceptance
By accessing whycraft.net, its community features, or the WhyCraft Minecraft server (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use account-based features. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping credentials secure. Do not impersonate others or evade a suspension or ban.
3. Acceptable use
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, disrupt the Service, threaten or harass others, publish unlawful or infringing content, expose personal information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for fraud or spam. Follow posted server and community rules and moderator instructions.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant WhyCraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You confirm you have the rights required to submit it. We may remove content at our discretion.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate conduct and restrict, suspend, or terminate access without notice when we reasonably believe these Terms, community rules, or applicable law have been violated. Virtual progress, items, and access may be lost following enforcement or service changes.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Intellectual property
WhyCraft branding, original artwork, site design, text, and server materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. WhyCraft is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
8. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to whyismywork@gmail.com.
